Sorry for the delay. I see that you are running an old PHP version on the server, could you try updating that to 7.2 or higher to see if that makes any difference please?

You took days to recommend that? Disabling all plugins is the first thing we did. It’s not the plugins, we already disabled all and tested, the error still remains there. Please FIX this urgently, my client is waiting for a week now.

Hi vegaspro,

There was some glitch with the way shortcodes got stored and so I edited the page manually. The text block was nesting and breaking.
