    Hi, why with the maintenance mode, does the user with the subscribe role view the coming soon page? I would like the user to view the homepage with Subscribe.

    Hi famarinu,

    Out of the box, it does not work like that. I guess it can be done but it has to be custom-built or adjusted and it is out of the scope of the support that we can provide here, unfortunately.

    Hi,
    Sorry, maybe I didn’t explain myself well.
    But the user with the “Subscribe” role cannot view the site. When “Visit Site” is clicked on the top left corner (home), he is sent to the coming soon page. Without the use of plugins, shouldn’t it be sent to the home page?

    The user flows should be configured in the plugin, the theme does not really do anything about it. Is the coming soon page set as a home page?

    I want the subscribe user to see the site. Is it possible?
    What types of users can view the site in maintenance mode?

    Hi,

    Essentially any logged in (via WordPress Login) user can see the site, even in maintenance mode.
