    Is there an option to add a subscribe to my blog function? If so, how?

    That functionality is not provided with the theme but you can try a plugin to keep a track of subscribers to your blog.

    You can check the WordPress repository for a plugin that suits your needs. Here is one to try and start with – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-subscribe/
