    Hi,

    Could you please advise why my product listing URL always open up the page but right away scroll to submenu section?
    Example: I click on one of the product listing which open up the page on https://www.xxx.com/product/3d2n-mt-papandayan/. It does open to that page however the url automatically changed by itself to https://www.xxx.com/product/3d2n-mt-papandayan/#itinerary.
    Which means it skips the top page and scroll to #itinerary section instead.
    Any setting that I did wrong? Please advise.

    Hi etcc_1002,

    Can you try to deactivate all plugins first then check if it works properly?
    If it does, enable the plugins one by one to know which plugin causes the issue.
    Make sure to flush the caching plugin first.

    Hi Victoria,

    I think I have found the cause already. It is on tab section setting, I should have left empty the column for “initial open”. I did it and it didn’t scroll automatically anymore. Thank you
