these Submenu Listpoints are anchors of landing page but they do not behave like on desktop browsers.
    They stay open!

    Hi!

In your ipad, are you looking on a mobile or the default menu? If you can still see the default menu then it is quite normal for the drop down menu to stay open while scrolling. You have to tap somewhere else to close it. It is also quite unconventional to put the anchor menus inside a dropdown. They are usually included in the main menu.

    Cheers!

hi Ismael : as you can see it here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/submenu-on-ipad-does-not-fade-out-after-click/#post-576287

i have the normal main navigation on my ipad retina – if you hover concept and click one of those links (and maybe this is the point : these are anchor links on the same page) the dropdown does not close after click (as it is on pc or mac ) on ipad it stayes open scrolling down to the anchor link but dropdown still open.

PS: unusual position – maybe – but Customer Whishes have to be fullfilled !
    sorry.
PPS: why it is normal ? By hovering and clicking on my homepc or mac Browsers the dropdown closes immediately after going out of that field with the mouse button.
Only on Ipad it does not because there is no mouse button! So maybe it would be nice to close the dropdown after clicking the link!

    Hey!

Yes, you are correct. There is no mouse pointer on touch devices that’s why the hover behaviour do not exist. You have to tap the parent menu item to see the dropdown and then close it by tapping again anywhere else other than the dropdown container itself. The mobile menu closes itself once you click on an anchor menu because there is a script that triggers it, unfortunately, this script doesn’t exist on a default menu. Would you consider a fullwidth submenu as a support navigation? You can move the anchor menu items on that element instead.

    Cheers!

yes – that menu you see is additionaly set by me in that site – so on my part i could get rid of those list points in main navigation.

But do you think that this might be a better feature if hovering only decides about emerging Submenu and the click about disappearing.

    Hey!

Yes, it may improve the overall experience with the sub menu if it contains an anchor menu. Please request for the feature here: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/

    Best regards,
