Hi. I update last version (4.1.2) but now submenu not working anymore in tablet and mobile version.
If I use the following option, the theme is not showing submenu on mobile and tablet.
Enfold > Main menu > Burger mobile menu > display submenu item on click.
I used this symbol (#) for the second and third menu item because they should not have any links but only open the submenu.
Before the last update worked perfectly.
This is my URL : http://www.betagrafic.com.
Can You help me?

July 20, 2017 at 7:02 pm #824800I also have this problem. I have an older version of the site running Enfold 4.0.7 where the mobile menu is working fine, but the production version of the site with Enfold 4.1.2 only navigates to main menu pages which have no sub-menu items, and will only navigate to sub-menu items which have actual pages at the top level, but won’t navigate to the top level pages themselves, and also will not expand the sub-menu items where we have # instead of an actual page.

New non-working site, Enfold 4.1.2: http://www.gcatx.orgJuly 21, 2017 at 1:25 pm #825112Hello.

NikkoJuly 26, 2017 at 9:26 am #830021Hi,
Thank you for the reply.
But I need to fix the problem right away.
Can this plugin be compatible?:

We have not tried it, but on the page it says, that it’s compatible with all themes. You might want to try it, if the matter is urgent.

VictoriaAugust 4, 2017 at 12:12 am #834111One of my clients is also having the same problem. The mobile submenu was working perfectly until the update. Any ETA on a fix?
August 4, 2017 at 5:13 pm #834407Hi Victoria. Thank you. I have tried it but it is very complicated and it is difficult to configure it graphically as I would like. I would like to ask: Can I create a ulterior menu that is visible only to mobile devices?
August 9, 2017 at 6:19 am #836146Hi,
Did you modify any templates (eg. header.php) in the child theme? Please provide the login credentials in the private field. We would like to inspect the menu panel.
We would like to apologize for the delay. We normally respond within 24 hours but in the wake of the latest theme update, we have received more inquiries than usual. Please be patient while we go through the rest of the queue. Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
IsmaelAugust 9, 2017 at 7:43 am #836205Hi, I just modify “function.php” in the child theme.
I would like to click on “PRODOTTI” and “SERVIZI” to open only the menu without link to any page
using this “#” as it was before the last update.
I provide credentials access in private field.

August 9, 2017 at 9:24 am #836241Hi,
The sub menu items are working. I didn’t do anything but toggle the main menu settings. The scripts are probably cached before.

My web site does not work anymore as before, now they do not load home slides, the menu is busted and the solution with avia.js does not work … Some plugins no longer work.
Look here:The svg logo is no longer seen.
Please put everything as before because that’s so much.

August 10, 2017 at 10:23 am #836878Hi,
That script is almost the same as the latest one with minor changes and those changes should only affect the menus. Are you sure that you have the latest version of the theme and that you copied the script correctly?
Best regards,
IsmaelAugust 10, 2017 at 10:30 am #836883Now everything is back as before except the menu on mobile devices,

August 12, 2017 at 3:56 am #837701Hi,
Yes, it should go in the js > avia.js file. Please try this one instead or post the FTP details here so that we can test it.

IsmaelAugust 12, 2017 at 9:19 am #837807Hi,
I replaced this file:
// https://pastebin.com/qmubdK8n
in js> avia.js and it seems that everything works ok.
I’ve tested on: Safari, Firefox, Chrome on Desktop and Mobile devices and
menu works as I wanted, as required at the beginning of this post.
If I find any problems in the future I will update the post.
