Submenu not visible

Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

#top .av-main-nav li:hover > ul {
    opacity: 1!important;
    visibility: visible!important;
}

Please make sure that > sign is not converted to – http://i.imgur.com/IDXRZQ3.png in Quick CSS field.

Can you please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times?
Your logo (every element in header actually) look the same on your inner pages and on home page on my end.
