Dear Enfold support team,
I have an annoying bug when using Microsoft Edge browser:
When I try to hover on any submenu item, the whole submenu disappears in an instant.
With every other browser, I don’t have that problem.Thank you very much for any ideas on this!
October 29, 2019 at 8:38 am #1151987Hey Flow9999,
Thank you for the inquiry.
The sub menus are currently set to display on load, so we can’t really see the issue. Please set it to the appropriate settings so that we can check the problem on IE. Or post the login details in the private field so that we can toggle the settings when necessary.
Best regards,

thank you for your fast response!
Actually it seems the issue is present at some time, then at other times when I load the page it is not.
Really no idea why this is the case…
Right now it is active again on Edge browser.
Are there any things I can try in custom CSS as a general measure? Thanks!
October 30, 2019 at 1:43 pm #1152313Ismael: let the page load for 10 seconds and after this period try to hover on any submenu item.
No idea why, but if I load the page and go instantly to submenu, the submenu items won’t disappearOctober 31, 2019 at 5:58 pm #1152809Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The sub menu is still set to display on load when we check the page again today. Please post the login details in the private field so that we can toggle the settings and check the issue. Do you see any errors in the console after the sub menu disappears?
Best regards,

this issue is so odd. It only occurs with Edge browser, others work fine. Plus sometimes it works fine, then sometimes not.
Even when I don’t edit/touch my website at all. I set Edge to always delete cache/session/cokkies after closing browser.
And I rebuild my cache from Swift Perfomance caching plugin from time to time.
The thing is I don’t feel very well with handing out login data…so this should only be a last resort.
I will try to fix this myself. Maybe I messed up with some Quick CSS modifications.
I can test to remove some of the Quick CSS and see if that fixes this ominous bug.
I checked console on Edge browser for errors. I get some warnings but no error.November 3, 2019 at 2:20 am #1153429 -
