Hi, the sub menu under the menu item services is not appearing on a smartphone.
Is there a setting I need to amend?
Login details in private contentNovember 23, 2015 at 3:48 pm #540946Hey Denis!
Please go to Enfold theme options > Header > Mobile Menu and uncheck “Hide Mobile Menu Submenu Items”
Cheers!
YigitNovember 23, 2015 at 3:58 pm #540958Hi Yigit.
That was originally unchecked when the sub menu was not working on smartphone.
I checked it this morning to see if it would make any difference.
It didn’t.
I have unchecked it again and tested but same problem.November 24, 2015 at 7:42 am #541363Hi,
I tried logging in but the regular WordPress login page is not working, could you post that as well please?
Thanks,
RikardNovember 25, 2015 at 2:12 pm #542428Hi Rikard.
I have just logged in using the details I submitted.
The login page has a custom Url for security purposes.
You must have been trying to use a standard login page.
I have submitted the details again in private content.November 26, 2015 at 6:30 am #542858Hi,
I see the problem, could you try to deactivate all plugins to see if one of the them is causing a conflict please? Also, make sure to clear the cache from your caching plugin.
Regards,
RikardDecember 11, 2015 at 4:15 pm #551170Hi, I couldn’t fix the problem so instead I just deleted the Uber Menu plugin and used the themes menu instead and activated the Mega menu.
The sub menu is now displaying on mobile. The top level menu items on mobile menu are white background with dark grey text and perfectly legible.
Only issue on mobile now is that the sub menu appears with a green background and grey text for all regardless of whether the text is a heading or a clickable link to a page. (on desktop the headings are grey, the sub page links are white) so the user does not know which are clickable and which are just headings.Any suggestion on how to make this more intuitive for the user?
And yes I already tried ticking the feature that made the sub menu items expandable and collapsable but it was broken and only worked sometimes so I had to turn it off.
December 14, 2015 at 5:33 am #551933Hi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling to make the background white:
.avia_mega_div ul { background-color: white !important; }
Cheers!
