    Hi,

I noticed an issue while going over my sub menus in my website: The sub menus disapeared therefore I can’t click on it and go over my pages!
I tried to capture you my scenario by video, here is the link that I’ve shared via Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/s/q6bej2t0qaxe6ut/support-videos-GFS.swf?dl=0

Let me know if that’s clear enough for you, how this issue occurs and how can I solve it?

Thank you for your help !

    Hey Lev!

Make sure your using the latest version of Enfold, 3.0.8, and then deactivate all plugins. If that does not help then send us a link and we’ll take a look. You can set your reply as private if you wish.

    Best regards,
    Elliott

    Hi Eliott,

    Thank you for your answer.
Yes in fact I just noticed that the Enfold version that we are using is 3.0.4
Do you think this is related to the fact that the sub menu is not appearing?

Please let me know if there is maybe something else to test before theme update, because this action is a little bit risky in terms of contents for us.

    Waiting for your reply
    Thank You for your help

    Hi!

it could be caused by many reasons and one could be that your Enfold is out dated. So please update to 3.0.8 and make sure to have a backup of all your files. I recommend to update via FTP: https://vimeo.com/67209750
You can also try to deactivate all plugins to see if one is causing this issue.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Please let me know
    Thanks

    Hey!

According to this site – http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ your website is currently down. Please make sure that you have posted the correct link.

    Best regards,

No, the website is not down, it’s only in Localhost, that’s why you can’t see it! I forgot!

To sum up, I did the update of the theme and I did the update of the wordpress, and my bug with the menu is still there, as you can see in this video by Jing: https://www.dropbox.com/s/q6bej2t0qaxe6ut/support-videos-GFS.swf?dl=0

Do you have any idea how I can solve this issue??
    Please advice
    Thanks

    Hi!

It will be difficult for us to help you if we cannot see the problem on a live site, is there any possibility that you can upload it to a live server?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
