    Hallo,

    die von uns im Theme vorgenommenen Einstellungen zur Farbe und dem Hintergrund im Enfold Theme werden leider nicht übernommen.
    Im Menü des Themes werden die Einstellungen zwar richtig angezeigt “A rough preview of the frontend.” .–> Aber im echten Leben erscheint weder die geänderte Farbe noch die Hintergrundfarbe (body background) angezeigt. Es erscheint weiterhin das “Grunge-artige” blau/graue Hintergrundbild.
    BItte um Hinweis, wo wir noch etwas anders einstellen können/sollen. (Screenshots und URL im zweiten Kasten)

    Hey service_kiosk!

    kannst du uns bitte Admin Zugang schicke? poste Login Details hier als private Nachricht. Hast du deinen Browser Cache bereits geleert? gehe sicher, dass du die Cache Funktion bei einem Caching Plugin deaktivierst.

    Hi!

    From what I understand, you want to change the body background? Is that correct? Please set it on Enfold > General Styling > Body Background panel.

    yes we want to change it and we tried Enfold > General Styling > Body Background panel.
    but in the frontend no changes are visible.
    Bouground image remains the same – no color changes

    Please advice,

    Hey!

    Please check and set the correct file permission of the enfold.css file located in the wp-content > uploads > dynamic_avia folder. Delete the file then change any settings in theme options to regenerate it. If you’re not sure how to check it, please contact your hosting provider to set the correct file and folder permission.

    thanks for the reply. Setting permissions to 777 (linux) did it
    looks as it is working now.
