Hallo, when I try to customize titles H1, H2, h3… from advanced style section I don’t get the customization in the block test in the CMS.

RikardHi, if you reset the options than I have to redo everything or there is a way to restore the options actually set? I am trying to find how to send you a pdf showing where is the problem, but I don’ find how to attach the file in this conversation.

We can see that the theme settings are not applying, so you won’t have to send us anything. We’re not sure why they are not applying though, but we did find an invalid hex code which we corrected, but that didn’t change anything unfortunately. If you want to go through your settings, then please check for any colour which is not following the correct hex code:
#111aaaIt should start with a hash sign, then be followed by 6 digits or numbers.

RikardHi checked the colors, seem they are ok, but still the template settings not applying, if there is no other way let’s reset the theme option.

None that I can think of unfortunately, but you could export your theme settings so that you have them locally at least. Once you have reset the theme options, then you can try to import the file with your current settings.

Thanks for your patience.
The styling changes in Enfold are saved correctly, but the server is still showing an old cached version of the dynamic CSS file.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to clear the Nginx cache for this file: /wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/enfold.css
Once it’s cleared, the changes will show up on the site.
Please keep the server-side caching disabled while you’re developing your site.

sorry for the delay in answering, I had to pause this project for a while.
Well, done what you suggested and it works. but I have the similar problem on another project on another hosting provider, with the only difference that as long I am logged in the CMS I see everything fine, as I log out iti show different thing from what I set in the settings, for example, the site width is smaller, fonts smaller, the footer dent not correspond to the colors I chose in the settings. Do you think I have to do the same with the service provider or I have to open another ticket with all the specs to let you check?
