    Hello,

    We use Enfold on several websites. After recent theme update the style.css file on the child theme cannot apply new styles. We can only add CSS on the custom style section in Appearance. Any advice?

    Hey designelefant,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    You might have to temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings along with the cache plugin while applying the css modifications. Enable it back once you’re done with the modifications. Let us know if this helps.

    Thank you for the information. For some of the websites, (hosted in GoDaddy) disabling file compression seems to work. For websites hosted in WP Engine, disabling compression did not work. WP Engine have their own cache policy, and we have no control over turning it off/on.

    Any other suggestions?

    Hi,

    I would recommend that you do what Ismael wrote first of all. If the caching is coming from your hosting solution, then you might have to reach out to their support for further help.
