Hello,
There is a problem with the style of enfold in the pages translated with WPML. Pages are not responsive and are misconfigured.
I leave the captures of the technical service of WPML:

It looks like an error in the AVIA / ENFOLD function.

Thank you for using Enfold.

It looks like the sections are outside the wrap_all or main container. Please move all the elements or set of elements inside their own color sections. If you’re not sure what to do, please post the login details here so that we can edit the page.

Thanks for the reply.

I have re-created color sections that are not responsive and still do not work.
It happens to me sometimes in other pages. I do not know if you can take a look and see what happens. Thank you!

Would you mind contact the WPML team and have them provide us more detaisl on the issue?
They are a better help on such topics and they always provide us with details where the issue located so we can apply our updates.

I’ve been in touch with WPML for days. The first message screenshots belong to your service.
So far, neither Kriesi nor WPML have solved the problem after days of writing. Are not they supposed to be compatible? Do you at any time notify incidents with them? Thank you

Hi,

Thank you for the update. We saved the layout of the page as template and then used it on another page (see private field). Somehow it fixed the layout issues. Please delete the current “web-design” page then create another. In the “Templates” list, look for the “Test Template Layout Issue”.

The problem has not been fixed.
The page is not responsive below, in the contact section and in the footer.
I created the page from scratch using the template.
The page you have created does work individually but it causes problems when you overwrite and use the template :(

Excuse me, but the problem continues … and now I do not understand why having the same configuration, the color section of the page in Spanish is not responsive and the English section is. Any solution? Already this seems a little strange considering that is one of the best selling themes of de WP.

I only ask for a solution for some products for which I have spent my money.

After many messages and tests, it seems that WPML concludes that the problem is of its framework that generates errors in responsive mode:

We implemented in the script in the functions.php file temporarily. The page is now responsive. We’ll give you an update once we completely fixed the issue.

Thanks for fixing it.

As you explained, it was a problem with the functionality of the framework, right?

Do you know why the color section (with three H1) is not responsive in Spanish and yes it is in English? The template is exactly the same but modifying the language.

I’m worried about those mistakes, really.

Hi,

We are aware of the issue and it is currently under investigation. The containers are somehow closing earlier than necessary which breaks the overall layout of the page. The script above should fix the issue for now.

Yes, the container breaks the design. And it is also the first page you see when you enter the site. I mean, everything is generating a very bad image. And although you respond, they usually do late. Do I have to wait a lot of days with the mistakes it generates from Kriesi?

I appreciate your personal effort, but I think the compatibility with WPML is doubtful

Could you please explain the statement further or provide a screenshot? The home pages look fine. The issue will occur intermittently or if a combination of elements are present in the builder even if you’re not using W P M L so it’s not an issue with the plugin but a random bug in the builder which is now under investigation. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Again, the script above should fix it temporarily.

I understand that the problem is generated by AVIA, because it deactivates WPML and continues the same, it is not responsive.

Can you check it on your phone, please?

The script only solved the problem in the footer. The web page design is already working properly.

From now on I will never again recommend Enfold because you sell a template that is not 100 percent responsive.

Hi,

I checked the site on mobile devices and it is responsive. Did you remove the browser cache or hard refresh before checking it on your phone?

The theme is fully responsive but there’s a small glitch or bug in the builder which closes a certain container unnecessarily. This issue does not occur on every page or every installations and is quite random. We are aware of the issue and it is under investigation. Please bare with us while we work on the problem. For now, please keep the script in the functions.php file temporarily.

I had to change the design so that it does not look bad.
Enfold generates errors in responsive mode when using H1.

I used the css code with the simple css plugin … and it does not work. The problem always happens with the first H1.

With the special heading happens the same … I had already tried it before

Why does it work in English and not in Spanish?
