    Hello Team,

    when I scroll on the start page over the slider it gets stuck. Site: “https://handyschmiede.de” This happens on the iMac with the MagicMouse as well as Microsoft Edge. Customers told me that. I have attached video for a better illustration.

    What is wrong?

    Hey Jan,

    I wanted to check your page and the video but i received following error on both pages. It seems like you have some sort of IP restriction. Could you please temporarily disable it so we can look into it? :)

    Hi Jan,

    Thanks for that. It looks like the video is from your sites home page? I had a look at it on my MacBook Air using the default touchpad but I couldn’t reproduce the problem. I’m not sure if there’s much we can do about this problem either though, since there’s no special code for targeting different kinds of pointer devices.

    Hi again,

    I had another look at your site and it seems like I can reproduce the problem, or at least a bit. It gets stuck but only sometimes when checking on the same device as I mentioned and using Chrome.

    Could you please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look?

    Hi Jan,

    Thanks for that, I have never seen this problem before so I’m not sure what could be causing it unfortunately, and there are no error message at all on the site. The only thing I can think of it that there might be some problem with the revolution slider. Could you try to recreate the slider in the LayerSlider instead maybe? Or even use a Color Section with a background if that suits your purposes.

    Alright thanks for your help. I will contact revolution slider directly. Maybe they know what to do?!

    Another thing. Since you have been on my site, some social icons in the heading are gone, but the links are still set.
    Nothing changes if i install them new. Also the telephone number is gone…

    Could you check this please?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. The missing icons is caused by a WordPress update, we should have a new version of the theme ready for download tomorrow.
