Struggling with padding on a call to action/promo box on different devices

Hi

I’m really struggling with getting a promo box to appear properly on all devices

I’ve tried to do it and use CSS, and then just resorted to abandoning the first plan and start it again, with 2 different promo box elements for small/large screens, but still can’t get it right.

Basically, I want the white space padding above and below the call to action at the bottom of this Accountancy and Finance page (once I get it right, i’ll create templates and apply them to the other pages too) to be shorter – on the desktop, the white space below is quite large – if I can get that around the same size as the space above, that’ll be fine I think (or maybe slightly larger – whatever looks good).

On the mobile devices, I also noticed that the last image on each page for some reason overlaps in to the white area – not sure why that is but any help with that as well is appreciated.

The site is currently in ‘maintainence mode’ but I’ve sent credentials in the Private Content box to deactivate that if need be and/or to check.
