Structured Data missing hCard "Author" and field "Updated"

I have three different subsections in “specialties” which use the portfolio to allow me to display a grid then each item has a 301 redirect to the correct page within wordpress so the permalinks structure correctly.

Basically it goes like this:
Specialties -> Choose Home, Commercial, Security -> Grids of Portfolio Items displayed relative to that page -> User chooses a specialty and a 301 redirect goes from the portfolio to the static page.

Google is telling me the structured data for author and updated is missing, It has to do with the portfolio items being displayed on the page. Can I add that somehow? I don’t see where I can add an author to a portfolio item.
