Hi,
We are using Enfold 4.2.6 as a theme for our WordPress site with Woocommerce. We have two payment options, 1) Credit Card (Stripe) and 2) Paypal.
When using Enfold the Credit card fields are displayed, but it is not possible to enter any values in them. I do also not that the Credit card box does not “collapse” if I do choose Paypal as a payment.
How can I solve this problem?
I know that this worked perfectly in Enfold 4.2.4 (not sure about 4.2.5). Can I download version 4.2.4?
Hey michaelpettersson,
That seems to be an issue from the Plugin.
Could you please contact the plugin developers?
Thank you
Best regards,
Basilis
Are you sure this is related to the plugin? If I do change theme to e.g. WordPress Twenty Seventeen, it works perfectly
Ad also, can I get a link to download enfold 4.2.4 since everything worked fine in that version.
I just now also tried to change the Stripe plugin to an older version but the same problem occurs. So it seems like the plugin does not play well with the current version of Enfold
I don’t know if it will help, but I found a thread about this error on https://wordpress.org/support/topic/stripe-checkout-disabled/
In that thread, they recommend the user to content their theme provider. There is also a comment about that this is probably due to a script conflict.
Is it possible to get a link for downloading version 4.2.4? I need to get this resolved quickly
I have now identified the error. It was the minify plugin together with Enfold that cased the problem. It works fine now when I have deactivated the minify plugin.
