    Hi goodpixel,

    Can you try to clear cache from Siteground Optimizer? also try to temporarily disable it and see if it helps.
    If that still does not work, please give us temporary admin access so we can check further, just post the credentials privately.

    Could you please clear dynamic cache on your server as well? Title field should be empty so I believe the title is there due to server sided cache :)
