Hi there,
Please see my development webiste at: http://new.arti-sign.nl/.
When on home you scrolldown a bit you see twice a section “EEN GREEP UIT ONS WERK”. The 1st one (with the grey bg) was made using a grid section, the 2nd (with the red bg) by using a content section. I prefere to use the grid row, since my portfolio items cover the full width as where the content section has side paddings.
The strange thing is that as soon as I delete the mentioned content section, the button in the grid section does no longer work on tablets. On pc and mobile it works, but NOT on tablets…???
How funny is that???
Please advise.
Thanks & regards,

ElliottOctober 22, 2015 at 5:29 pm #523157Hey Elliott,
I have now taken out the content section under ‘EEN GREEP UIT ONS WERK’.
You will notice that the button ‘Bekijk meer projecten’ no longer works. But only on tablets; on smartphone and pc it works well!
Please let me know.

I get the same result on ipad mini using Chrome, could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Thanks,
RikardOctober 23, 2015 at 11:36 am #523641Hi,
You could try adding the following to Quick CSS to see if it helps:
.avia_mobile .avia-button-wrap { position: absolute !important; }
Thanks,

Your last suggestion doesn’t work and doesn’t look very good either (see website).
Please find below login details to admin.Regards,

I’m sorry but the login credentials are not working. Please check. If possible, please create a separate test page so that we can inspect the issue.

MoniqueOctober 27, 2015 at 3:35 am #525284Hi,
Thanks for the login. I’m not sure what’s going wrong there and it’s very difficult to find out since it’s not reproducible in a regular browser meaning we can’t inspect the elements. I added a Color Section under the problem section with the same content and both buttons start to work(?!), would you consider to maybe go with that alternative instead? We can help you out with any custom styling you might want to apply.
Best regards,

Yes, what you experienced is what I mentioned in my first post of this topic… It is really very strange…
I found an acceptable way around it. I took the button out of the grid section. Than created a color section underneath, put the button in that color section, played round a bit with paddings and bg color, and now it looks like what I wanted…
…and it works!!
Thanks for all the effort.
You can flag this topic as solved.
