Hi
I read in here that the constant nagging plugin that keeps showing up as an update but don’t show in WordPress Updates is the LayerSlider
How do I add a STOP – this has nagging notice – it has reach my tolerance threshold now.
Any code to add in functions like this:
/**
* Remove notice from WooThemes updater
*/
remove_action( ‘admin_notices’, ‘woothemes_updater_notice’ );Thanks for any inputs that can stop this LayerSlider
P.S. Buying a LayerSlider is NOT an option – I service over 40 sites and not one of my clients are using the LayerSlider or want to pay for it?? :-(June 23, 2018 at 9:50 am #976862Hey Peter,
Can you try the solution posted here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/site-still-showing-layerslider-needs-updating/#post-831829
Hope it helps.Best regards,

It started again… the nagging “UPDATE” (1) and there is NONE to update – I suspect the layerslider again?
I uses the solution for a long time… : https://kriesi.at/support/topic/site-still-showing-layerslider-needs-updating/#post-831829
But that don’t work anymore?
Can someone please help to fix this nagging update thing.. :-)Best regards and thx

I apologize for the delayed response.
For those sites that do not use the layerslider, go to Enfold > Layout Builder > Integrated (Bundled) LayerSlider Plugin then choose the option that removes the plugin.
As for the other sites that are using it, I tried to check on the issue on my local server but I don’t see it showing up.
Can you give us temporary admin access to one of those sites? so we can check on the backend. (Just post the credentials in private content)Best regards,
