Hello!
I recently dug back in to working on a website and after doing a few updates I had an issue with the default media player I had been using with the products I had listed (CDs). It was a playlist of clips that I had in the body of the product page, but now it renders strange and I can’t figure it out. I ensured to have the latest Enfold and I extended the support, I ensured I had the latest WooCommerce, etc. It’s a pretty simple site so I’m not sure why this isn’t working. I’ve tried both the default and the advanced editor.
I’ll put links and credentials in the section below so you can take a look and see what I see. For the purposes of troubleshooting, because this is something I see on all of my product pages, the examples are:
1) Music from the Heart – Digital Downloads
2) Waves Of Love – Digital Downloads
3) Music from the Heart – CDPermutations of the issue are on all three of these pages.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Can you please delete this folder and upload a fresh copy from Enfold 4.7.4. Maybe it did not update properly.
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
VictoriaApril 24, 2020 at 4:38 pm #1206852Hey Victoria,
I will try this. I assume you mean through FTP and not through a formal update?
As an FYI I was trying to update the Enfold theme in the first place but it wasn’t working so I ended up copying the old theme folder to a “- BACKUP” version, and I copied the new one directly in. So I’m not sure if this will change anything, but I’m happy to give it another go and report back.
Best,
Ron
April 25, 2020 at 8:40 pm #1207096Hey Victoria,
I downloaded a fresh copy of the Enfold theme, extracted the contents. I took the zip “Enfold” and using Bluehost’s file manager, I uploaded it to the themes directory. I then deleted my previous “Enfold” folder in the themes folder, and I extracted the zip, so I then had a fresh copy of the Enfold theme in the Themes folder (still have my original -BACKUP there).
I haven’t noticed any changes or improvements with the issue. Any thoughts?
Thank you,
Ron

https://share.getcloudapp.com/4guy9pGz You need to have the “Always load media option” selected here.
Please check now.
