August 9, 2017 at 6:35 am #836154Now I removed the layout builder version of the layer slider, and tried the shortcode. now I get this…..the slide stretches across the entire screen
August 9, 2017 at 6:45 am #836158but at least the content is now centered? Still needs fixing. Do not know why the slider is going fullscreen

John TorvikAugust 9, 2017 at 7:41 am #836202Here you go
August 9, 2017 at 7:44 am #836207If that FTP host is a no – go, then try the IP
August 9, 2017 at 4:01 pm #836463When you use your layout builder .. I get the the slider to fit in the site’s frame. But the content is not aligned.
When I DON’T use the layout builder, and just embed the shortcode…the copy aligns, but the slider does NOT fit the site frame. You’ll see it currently expands across the browser. This has been ongoing for 6 months. :)August 10, 2017 at 11:14 am #836904Hi Justin,
I get “Access Denied – Sucuri Website Firewall” on the login link, could not check. Is there a way to login to your website?
Best regards,
VictoriaAugust 10, 2017 at 3:59 pm #837032Vic I would need to either whitelist your IP temporarily … or turn off the Firewall momentarily. If I turn it off, I need to know the Kriesi is ready to login…if that makes sense….
August 15, 2017 at 12:23 pm #839227Hi Justin,
I think my IP is dynamic, so we will need to go the other way.

August 16, 2017 at 5:49 am #839688Any thoughts here? I don’t want my client’s Firewall down for too long. Thanks
August 17, 2017 at 4:01 pm #840462Hi Justin,
You set the width to 1310, but the width of the container is 1296px actually.
Looks like it is centered now. Please check and let me know if this works for you.

August 17, 2017 at 6:02 pm #840550Hi Vic…not sure that’s what we are after. I am not using the FIXED layout, but rather the RESPONSIVE layout.
If you look at what you have above, on mobile ….; you will see we have issues. Any thoughts? His mobile usage exceeds traditional desktops.August 18, 2017 at 11:30 pm #841076Any update here? Thanks!
August 19, 2017 at 6:54 pm #841364Hi Justin,
Here is the attempt to adjust this slider to the mobile, it’s really tough. I think, a better solution is to build a separate slider for mobile.
@media only screen and (max-width: 425px) { #layerslider_3, #layerslider_3 .ls-wrapper.ls-z { width: 375px !important; height: 220px !important; } #layerslider_3 .ls-wrapper.ls-z img, #ls-global .ls-container img { background-size: contain !important; width: 490px !important; height: 220px !important; } #layerslider_3 .ls-wrapper.ls-in-out div, #layerslider_3 .ls-wrapper.ls-in-out p { width: 375px !important; top: 80px !important; font-size: 24px !important; left: 20px !important; } #layerslider_3 .ls-wrapper.ls-in-out img { width: 50% !important; top: 80px !important; font-size: 24px !important; left: 20px !important; } }

VictoriaAugust 21, 2017 at 5:00 pm #842096Thanks for trying Victoria. I may just get rid of the slider altogether.
I am using it with other websites – not experiencing this issue. Not sure why it differs here.
Thanks for the follow-up.August 25, 2017 at 9:58 am #843822Hi Justin,
It’s the boxed layout, the still does not work well with the Layer Slider, unfortunately.
