Still having issue with logo in header (mobile / tablet)

This has been an issue for a while, recently got it fixed for desktop but still presents an issue from time to time for some reason

Any idea on a fix that we can implement? And a side note for mobile as well that’s been an issue for some reason is the color section isn’t displaying a background image. I’ve tried replacing multiple times but that isn’t showing either.
