Hi, i have a problem with the sticky header. It looks fine until I scroll down. I want to change the background so the text in the menu can be seen. As you can see in the link I provided in private content, the text is lost. Can you help please.
April 6, 2021 at 6:07 pm #1292881Hi GenicsAustralia,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

One of our company pages is stuffed (see the private content for link) and you’ve covered up our social icons in the top bar. I can see you logged in via the temporary Admin. I can’t believe you’d leave the site in this condition. It must be fixed ASAP. Please respond.

I tried to log in with the link you gave earlier today but nothing was loading on my end until my connection was cut off but I wasn’t able to do anything on your site.
Anyways, I would still apologize for what happened and understand if don’t want to give access.
I would have suggested this code in Quick CSS:.html_header_top.html_header_sticky #header.header-scrolled-full { background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0.7); }
But the problem is that the header always has this class header-scrolled-full (when you inspect the header via web inspector) normally you won’t have this class until you scrolled.
Can you try to disable Javascript file merging and compression and CSS file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance?
Also, clear any caching or minification from other plugins.Best regards,
Nikko -
