Hi, I have this site marketsamurai.it and the plugin Q2W3 Fixed Widget is not working properly in Chrome. I tried to install another plugin to fix the widget on top but same issue.
I tried already to instert some CSS code found in other threads but nothing has worked so far.
The problem is also in other site with Enfold installed.
Can you please help to figure out what to do?
Thanks,
Alex

May 10, 2016 at 8:41 am #629732Hey alejandrox86,
I would try to contact the plugin authors first to see if they have a fix, if you should need more help from then please post admin login details in private.
Regards,
RikardMay 10, 2016 at 11:43 am #629819The Plugin’s support doesn’t reply to anyone. I searched older posts and other people had the same problem.
It seems a recurring problem with Enfold and that plugin but they didn’t find a solution apparently. It’s something about editing the CSS I guess. The problem occurs also with another plugin: “Sticky Menu (or Anything!) on Scroll”
Thanks for the support.

May 13, 2016 at 7:29 am #631868Hi,
Looks like you managed to fix it by cloning and hiding the text widget and setting the position of the actual text widget to fixed.

May 16, 2016 at 3:35 pm #633002Hi,
I can’t check, because .htaccess login does not work for me. Can you check please?
Please provide us a screenshot of the issue (imgur.com, dropbox).Best regards,
AndyMay 17, 2016 at 1:57 am #633397Hello, I edited the .htacces to let you login. Can you please re-check if you can login now?
Here the screenshots of the issue: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/0obsrw5l4cs8hyu/AABLMTw1dINTcqaq8Az7wXD2a?dl=0
If you scroll down the page (n chrome) the widget looks like disappearing overlyed by a white div (I guess)

Alex
