    Hello Kriesi support,

I am using a special heading and would like it to stay stuck to the top of the page when scrolling (above the sticky submenu currently implemented). Essentially, I’d like the heading to scroll with the menu that’s immediately below it. Any suggestions?

I have provided a link to my page in the private content box.

    Thanks so much!

    Hey FloppySocks,

It’s not clear what exactly you are trying to achieve? Or did you get this sorted already? If you still have any issue please upload a screenshot/mockup to imgur.com and share the link here so we can help you better :)

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hi,

To make the logo area sticky please select “Sticky Header” and “Shrinking Header” From Enfold > Header > Header Behaviour

Vinay, I am not trying to be critical but have you even visited my site to see what I’m trying to do?

I feel like my initial question was pretty clear, and would have been clear had you visited my site via the link I provided. I made the mock-up per your request, but you still haven’t visited my site.

If you had visited my site, you would have seen I am already utilizing a sticky header and shrinking header. I am talking about the SPECIAL HEADING feature that is built into the Avia layout builder, not my main site header.

On the page in question you will see that the submenu on the page in question is also fixed/sticky. I am trying to make the special heading fixed as well, the one that has the H1 tag that reads DC DRIVES. This special heading (the DC DRIVES h1 tag) is located in between the main navbar and the submenu.

I really think if you clicked on the link I provided you would see what I’m trying to do.

    Thanks for your time,
    Julian

    Hi,

Thank you for the clarification. I did check your site and only after that, I suggested the best solution. I’m sorry, it was my mistake that I assumed you were using a header widget area to place the special heading. The current structure you have does not make it easy to have the special heading sticky as and make the full-width submenu element follow the special heading.

Please check this link and create a header widget area and check the “Header Position” section to get the CSS to place the widget below the header.

Place the shortcode for the special heading int he header widget area and activate the sticky header from the theme option.

    [av_heading heading='Hello' tag='h3' style='blockquote modern-quote modern-centered' size='30' subheading_active='' subheading_size='15' padding='20' color='' custom_font='' av-medium-font-size-title='' av-small-font-size-title='' av-mini-font-size-title='' av-medium-font-size='' av-small-font-size='' av-mini-font-size='' admin_preview_bg=''][/av_heading]

    Best regards,
    Vinay
