    Hello,
    our blog posts are organized in categories and I want from time to time to have a post that is “sticky”
    At the moment, if I enable the sticky checkbox, the post appear first in all categories even if the post does not belong to that category
    Please see in private content

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We may need to access the dashboard in order to check the issue further. Please provide the login details in the private field, and make sure that the Appearance > Theme File Editor is accessible.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay. Someone else might have opened the link above because the content is not available anymore. Please try to use the Temporary Login Without Password plugin instead.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Are you using the Blog Posts element?

    Another little issue with sticky posts is that, if in WP reading settings you have set a certain number for “Blog pages show at most” that is a multiple of the number of posts per line so that the line is full, the sticky post will be added and there will be a post alone in an additional row

    Hi,

    We can now access the site and noticed that it still contains an older version (v4.9.2) of the theme. Upgrading the theme to version 5.1.2 might help solve the issue with the sticky post in the archive pages.
