Sticky header when scrolled with transparency / menu below fill container

Hello,

I have two issues that i need your help with.

1. So in my homepage i have activated transparency and made my modifications. I have the “Sticky header” enabled. When i try to scroll though my sticky header goes all white instead of remaining transparent on my home page. This is what is occuring in second pages which is fine. Though on homepage where i have activated header transparency it should remain that way when scrolled. Is it possible and how?

2. I am using the option “Logo left/menu below”. I would like my menu items to expand in a way to fill the menu container area so it will not float on one side. see kinda example below :)

Existing: { MENU 1 | MENU 2 | MENU 3______________________________________}
Want: {______MENU 1______|_________MENU 2_________|_______MENU 3____}
