hi there,
i have a page built up with a full width sub menu, below that the layout consists (mainly) of rows of either 4/5th, or 2/5th + 2/5th.
The top row (4/5th & 1/5th) I’d like the 1/5th column (it’s the yellow one) to behave like the full width sub menu. i’d like it to scroll with the page, & then end up fixed to the top (minus the top offset) so that when the user scrolls down the rest of the page, the 1/5th column remains on-screen.
login details below.
many thanks,
Jason
Hey Jason,
Thank you for the inquiry.
That should be possible with a custom script but we could try the following plugin first.
// https://wordpress.org/plugins/sticky-menu-or-anything-on-scroll/
You should be able to define an element or selector in the plugin’s panel and make them sticky on scroll.
Best regards,
Ismael
thanks Ismael, i never even thought of looking for a plugin, will give it a shot & report back
ok, that plugin works a treat – the free version has limitations – but for what i need it seems to cover the bases.
