    Is it possible to have the page title / breadcrumbs stick like the sub menu? Ideally so that the sticky elements go from top to bottom: header, title/breadcrumbs, sub menu.

    That would certainly require changing the template to make the breadcrumbs part of the header.

    If you post a link to your site, I could probably write some CSS for you that would make it have a similar effect.
