It seems to be I saw, in one of my Kriesi templates, navigation like this…

A sticky sidebar menu, that scrolls the content to anchors in the main area. Anyone have any ideas?
Also… the effect of highlighting the menu items as you scroll down the page.. neat… anyone know how to implement this?
