I have an ecommerce website that has been working great ever since we switched to Enfold for the redesign of the website. Then last week, my client contacts me and says that two orders came through, and both customers complained that they weren’t able to change the “state” field in the billing or the shipping column(s). I have temporarily switched themes (to a standard woocommerce theme called “storefront”) and the problem was gone, so I’m guessing the conflict is with the Enfold theme, no?
The website is https://www.tonycooke.org. Go to the bookstore and add any item to the cart and then try to check out. You’ll be unable to change the “Country / Region” dropdown as well as the “State” dropdown.
Please help! My client is not too thrilled with me at the moment.
Nevermind. I don’t know how I fixed it, but I did. Gotta love those accidental solutions.
