    Hey 045WEB!

In Fullwidth Easy Slider options, please make sure to check Disable Autoplay option – http://oi61.tinypic.com/zu5kqx.jpg

    Hi!

Which version of the theme are you using? If not the latest 2.6.4, please update it – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Cheers!

    Hey!

Please make sure that the “Disable autoplay” option is not activated. Go to the video slide and scroll to the “Disable autoplay” checkbox. Make sure it’s not checked, then re-save the slideshow and save the page. It seems like the option is activated at the moment.

    Cheers!

    Hi,
yes, at the moment the check box “Disable autoplay” is checked… because in order to my first request i need this function.
This function work with other browser but safari no… wath is the problem?

    thanks in advanced

    #256982

    Hey!

Oh, ok. I misunderstood the request. In this case I can’t reproduce the issue too because the video didn’t start automatically. I’ll mark this for Kriesi – maybe he can reproduce it.

    Best regards,
    Peter

Just checked today again in Safari and the video started without issues, please try it in another computer. Test if accessing it directly works on your end.

Hi, yes these videos in my browser work well.

i create a page with the video only (i suppose that the problem became from other element in the page):
    http://www.archivagroup.it/1226-2/

But the problem remain in safari.

    Hi!

I tried with that Page and it worked as expected:

We can’t fix an issue we can’t reproduce.

    Josue

But in this video you are using safari 7.0 not my version :(

    #258381

Yigit tried in 7.0.3, there is not really a big difference between Safari 7.xx versions, this may be happening by something installed or configured in your computer.

    Best regards,
    Josue
