On my shopping cart at https://chanimaluniversity.com/shop/ there used to be stars above any of the images when your cursor passes over. If you click into any of the couses, such as the certified channel manager course (https://chanimaluniversity.com/product/certified-channel-manager-ccm/) there is the title, tiny text showing 18 customer reviews–but the stars are missing. And worse, if you click the reivews tab below, then none of the reviews show the stars and if you Add a review, you cannot see the stars to click on–so nobody can leave a review (since it requires you provide a star rating).
I am using Woocommerce (the latest update), I have “show stars” enabled (it has worked previously with the current configuration), and I am using the popular Customer Reviews for Woocommerce (cusrev) plugin. This site does NOT use a cache plugin–since it is an LMS and those plugins mess up the tests.
Again, if I swap to the basic 29 theme, everything shows up as expected. I switch back to the Enfold theme and I get all the above issues. This has been like this for about 3 weeks (I renewed my support to get help with this and another recent issue on my main chanimal.com site).
November 17, 2022 at 6:49 pm #1372989Hey tedfinch,
The stars are added using a background image, but that image doesn’t exist in the location specified. Could you share FTP login details with us, so that we can try to find the image in question. Also, which plugin is adding this?
I tried the WordPress login details, but they don’t seem to be working. Please check and verify.

Thanks for helping. The plugin is “Customer Reviews for WordPress” also known as custrev. You showed a link in the private area, but it was pointing to dynamic_avia. You’re right–there is no star.png image in that directory–but I don’t believe that is the correct location. Isn’t Avia part of the theme – versus the plugin?
I have already checked for the graphics. in the customer-reviews-woocommerce/img directory. There are about 10 different star png images. So they are there. Plus, when I switched themes to the WordPress twenty nineteen theme, then all the stars showed up. That’s how I confirmed it had something to do with the Enfold theme.
I fixed the user name and posted the credentials below.
Thanks – Ted

November 18, 2022 at 1:47 pm #1373081Hi,
The issue was related to CSS file merging and compression. Our devs have fixed the issue and it will be included in upcoming Enfold update. We have implemented the fix on your installation.
Please review your website :)
Best regards,
YigitNovember 18, 2022 at 3:47 pm #1373107THANK You!! I see that everything is working. I didn’t see the fix in the user-accessed CSS, so I suppose you made it elseware. But your next revision won’t break it since it will be incorporated. I have spent probably 4 or so hours trying to troubleshoot this on and off over the last few weeks. You guys are great!
Ted

The fix is in enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/class-asset-manager.php file. For future readers; please update the file with this one – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_5_2_1/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/class-asset-manager.php
You are welcome! Let us know if you have any other questions and enjoy the rest of your day :)
Best regards,
