On one of my pages, since some time, it is impossible to activate the standard text editor in the standard view of any content element, page, post, etc. If I do enter the Avia Builder, everything is fine, but outside of it, I currently have only access to the Visual Editor. I already tried to deactivate all the plugins, but to no effect.
Does anyone have an idea, how I can proceed?

VinayNovember 7, 2016 at 11:43 pm #709553No, this doesn’t help: It provides a text input field below the Avia Editor, but the problem persists, when writing a blog post in the standard editor, when I’m not using Avia.

November 9, 2016 at 5:57 am #710037Hi,
Thanks for the info, what what specific page is the problem occuring?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 9, 2016 at 1:40 pm #710207The problem occurs on every editing page in the backend, when creating or editing a post, a page or anything else with the standard WordPress editor. As soon as i change to Avia, all is fine, but especially with posts, Avia is not always the best way to go.

MartinNovember 10, 2016 at 5:30 am #710532Hi Martin,
Thanks for the info, I’m getting the same results on my end. There are a couple of error messages on the backend when editing a page:
Uncaught TypeError: $.avia_utilities.supports is not a function(…)
tinymce.min.js?ver=4401-20160726:11 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘body’ of undefined(…)
tinymce.min.js?ver=4401-20160726:11 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘body’ of undefined(…)Something seems to be going wrong with TinyMCE. Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Make sure to keep proper backups of your site before attempting this though in case anything should go wrong.
Best regards,
RikardDecember 15, 2016 at 10:35 pm #725048i have the same since 3.8.x (in my case 3.8.4)

December 15, 2016 at 10:49 pm #725052Hey!
Please make sure that you are using Enfold 3.8.4 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
@guenni007 If that still does not help, please start a new thread and attach temporary admin logins and FTP logins in private content field so we can look into it.Regards,
