Hi!
I was wondering if you could let me know what setting I need to choose for the result I’m trying to achieve.
I’d like to create a blog page with this structure:
http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-business-flat/blog/
With a rectangular image that takes the width of the column, title, excerpt, blockquote and read more link displaying, plus right sidebar.
This what I have managed so far (selecting the “standard” format on the blog post and on the page – blog post settings – “set the preview image size automatically based on column or layout width”) :
http://www.arconics.com/?page_id=5509&preview=true
http://www.arconics.com/?p=5518&preview=true
Many thanks in advance for all your help,
Aurora
Hey arconics!
Navigate to Dashboard > Enfold > Blog Layout and select the “Single Author big preview Pic” style. You can set the sidebar layout in Dashboard > Enfold > Sidebar Settings.
I tried viewing your links but they give me a 404.
Best regards,
Elliott
Hi Elliot,
Thanks very much for your response.
I’m already using the setting that you mention, that’s why I’m wondering what the problem could be .
The error you got is probably because I hadn’t published the page, as it was a work in progress. I’be published it now, Could you try this link please?

I’d like the images on the blog to extend the width of the text. Is there a way to include a bloque quote before the “link to read more”?
Thanks again!
Aurora
Hey!
Try dragging the blog posts element shortcode to your content and set the “Preview Image Size” to “Magazine” to see if that forces it. I think the problem though is that your images are just not big enough. We can try and force them with CSS to display that size but they will be very blurry and pixellated.
Cheers!
Elliott
