Standard header broken?

Any other then me that see that the header no matter what i do is broken.?
I have this settings : https://prnt.sc/qtwh2s https://prnt.sc/qtwh98 in my backend. But in the frontend it seems that my logo is “to small” to fit a center location on the menu (see image1 in private comment) the logo is simply out of alignment with the menu content.

I have also replaced a menu item with a image, and here we have the same thing, where we need to add a ” top:1em;” to be able to get the image down right (see image1 in private)
this happens always when i start a new Enfold design. I have been designing lots of designs based on enfold each with a new licens. But why does it break.? Why do i need to go in and code me our of this.?
Their need to be a fix from your side that i can apply fast and simple ? To avoid all this work each time to get the menu and logo aligned. As the main problem kinda always comes when we scroll down and have a sticky menu it starts to look ugly.

Please advise on how to get the whole menu aligned with both logo, menu and everything. Thanks.
