    Hello,

I have a weird issue that I’ve never encountered before.

I have links within the code of my pages which are old/outdated and I cannot figure out where to change them within Enfold’s infrastructure. I tried using Better Search and Replace plugin but it didn’t find any of the links.

I’ve included the specific information in the private content section of this thread. I just need to know where I can go to fix/edit/replace the links with the active ones.

It’s throwing off my performance and SEO results. Thanks for your help!

    Hey lucky19,

Where are you seeing the links? How can we reproduce the issue?

    Best regards,

Thanks for your help. If you view source on the homepage and do a search (CTRL + F) for the URL you’ll see it in many places within the code.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

Hmmm. Okay, well I’m just concerned that this will be a regular issue with sites that I build for clients. I’m a long time user of Enfold and this is a new issue. However, paying a developer to fix an error within Enfold (every time this happens) isn’t going to be a feasible ongoing solution.

Do you know what may have caused this?

I don’t expect you guys to fix it for me but if you can just direct me to where I need to go to fix it then I can proceed.

If this is something I have to pay developers for repeatedly when I build sites then I have to build that into my costs and also what I charge clients. Right now, I just have to eat the hours that this issue has caused. If I understand what the issue is and can prevent it or know how to solve it then I can move forward.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update, though I’m struggling to see how this is theme related? I’m guessing that you have moved the site from a staging environment to a live site? If so then exactly how did you do that? Maybe you could try to move it again using a different method?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
