Staff element email on hover text not aligned

hello,

if you look at the two screen shots you will find the text not aligned on the staff element email when you hover on the staff image:

its the same for the arabic and english site, on the english site its only doing it on thta particular staff member that ive circled in the screen shot. in the arabic side it does it for most staff.
