    Hello.
    Sorry for my English.
I have a problem with LayerSlider WP in the ENFOLD theme.
I added an SSL certificate to the page. I can not save changes to LayerSlider now. An error appears:
“It seems there is a server issue that prevented LayerSlider from saving your work. Please check LayerSlider -> Settings -> System Status for potential errors, try to temporarily disable themes/plugins to rule out incompatibility issues or contact your hosting provider to resolve server configuration problems. Your HTTP server thrown the following error: \n\n”
How can I fix it ?

    Hey MW,

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi,

Did you try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict?

    Best regards,

    Hi,
I added an SSL certificate using the plugin Realy Simple SSL.
Then there was a problem with LayerSider.
Should I disable this plugin? But then the web page will return to http.
Maybe WP Migrate DB plugin will help? I will change http addresses to https… ???
    Regards

    Hi,

I can’t give you a straight answer to that unfortunately, but if the plugin is causing problems then it might be a better idea to disable it and then change the site URL to https in your settings? You can then use a search and replace plugin if you should need to change anything from http to https.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,
I know where is the problem but I don’t know why.
    The problem is:
“It seems there is a server issue that prevented LayerSlider from saving your work. Please check LayerSlider -> Settings -> System Status for potential errors, try to temporarily disable themes/plugins to rule out incompatibility issues or contact your hosting provider to resolve server configuration problems. Your HTTP server thrown the following error: \n\n Forbidden

    403 Forbidden

When I want to change something on the homepage, I get such an error:
You don’t have permission to access /wp/wp-admin/post.php

This is happen only on hompage. Layerslider is only on the homepage.

It seems that these two things are interrelated: layerslider problem and access to homepage problem

    Regards
    MW
