    Hello,

    My icons are not showing up properly (squares on Chrome and vertical rectangles with 4 smaller squares in them on Firefox)

    I saw this pinned as an issue but a theme update didn’t fix it for me (Enfold > Theme Update says “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.7.6.3))”

    i also tried multiple browsers, networks, and devices.

    Hey ryanmeighan,

    You need to exclude the icon fonts from the cdn that you’re using.

    Thank you Victoria. The language on that thread is pretty far over my head – any way to detail a bit more the steps that I need to take? I am not familiar with HT access files.

    Hi ryanmeighan,

    I have applied it on your site however it doesn’t have any effect, also I can see those icons are served via CDN: https://secureservercdn.net/
    Please disable CDN, if you’re on Godaddy there’s a setting that you can turn off ( based on another enfold users who had similar issue: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/social-icons-not-showing-6/ )
    if you can’t find it or not using godaddy then you can try to ask for your hosting provider to do it.
