    Hi – I’ve recently had a menu appear (copy of main menu) above the top bar of my site
    It’s not formatted and looks awful
    Can you please tell me how to get rid of it, I’ve tried everything

    Is anyone monitoring this forum?
    The menu is in fact a copy of the main menu and appears in full text form at the top of the site, above the header.
    I’m unable to find a setting for this.

    Hi pault9,

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    If you tried to update the theme, the update did not overwrite the all the files properly. Or you have files in your child theme that you need to merge with a fresh copy.

    If you can tell me what the files holding the menu are then I could maybe change them myself?

    Hi,

    Editor is missing under Appearance tab. We will need FTP logins to look further into the issue.

    It seems like you have edited header.php file and/or includes/helper-main-menu.php file on your child theme. Those files were updated. Please copy new ones from parent theme and re-apply the changes on those files on your child theme.

    You can hide it by adding following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    #mobile-advanced {
    display: none !important;
}
