    Hi,

    I bought splash popup from woocommerce.
    You can see the pop up on a PC but not correctly on a mobile phone.
    What should I do?

    Hey studioinktvis,

    I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

    Hi,

    I checked the popup again and it looks like in the mobile the width of the form fields is 25% of the screen. If you are using a theme element to set this inside the plugin we can check the backend setup and help. If you are using only the plugin features we would be interested to know what the plugin author has to say.

    Hi,

    Looks like the splash or popup script is incompatible with the theme’s slider script. The sliders do not display even on desktop. I’m sorry but we don’t provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy. Please contact the plugin author for more info regarding the issue.
