special heading size

I am using several special headings on my homepage and one of them is much smaller than the rest, even though they are all marked as “default” in the size drop down. And I tried changing the actual font size and it was still much smaller. Why is this? I can’t figure out how else to make this the same size as the rest of the headings. Putting login information in the private section.
