Hi team!
I really like your theme, and i thought it has the function to build the site like http://www.games.com, when i browser mouse with any game the show up “PLAY NOW” or “Game Info” button, and when hit those button it will directly to other inner page. I don’t know how to do that, but i just thought your theme can do with that since it has a tons of function for all people need. I believe you guys expert and know exactly how to do with, pls take your time and advise me in details.Note: normally i do with “Playout Builder” with “Playout Elements:1/3” then add “Content Elements:Textbook”. But i do not know how to do with the site i mentioned above.

If i understood correctly you want to mimic the behavior (play now) that happens when you hover on one of those thumbnails, to do something like that in Enfold you can use the Image Element and set the caption to show on hover (you’d put the button as the caption).

JosueThank much Josue, You are right, i want to mimic the behavior “Play now” and also with the button “Game Info”. Still not know how to set up like that, if i input “play now” on the “caption” of image-it will show the word “play now”, not the button “play now” how can i insert the “button” to inside the image? i have tried many times, but it not works, pls take your time and guide me in detail.

You can put shortcodes in the image captions, try creating a Button in a separate Page (don’t enter layout builder, use the magic wand), then paste that generated code to the image caption in the other page.

JosueI don’t understand what you meant, it meant i give you the wp user and pw then you will take a look why i can’t upload the logo on?
It’s a theme version problem, please update the theme to the latest version (3.3.2).

JosueThanks for advice, i follow instruction and download the theme, then first time i upload to the site, it said it already had, this maybe i try to old version still there, no option to delete that, then i have to back other theme, and download again then upload around 8 times, after i install on the wordpress site, it always appear” Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again”, if i click “please try again” it will start choose file and install again and again. I think it may not work any more right?
I don’t know why this time really hard, and after try too many times with different ways, nothing work out. i had to install old version then update follow same with the video but it not work in that way, even i install already but not store in the wp content. So i have no idea, do you have any similar theme, that i can do new purchase to save time. Thanks
I just did exactly what you guided on the video thru FTP account, but still the same, not work, can’t upload the logo any more, nothing can do. I don’t think you can do better than, because i did exactly. If there is any theme similar with that, pls let me know, because i don’t want to change other to take time to work on. Thanks

Should work with either version, i’d try to enter the Dashboard but the user provided here is no longer working.

i Just try to download the theme again and then upload to wp but still the same thing. How about this time a new customer buy that be ok? there is any brand new download i can download and then i can upload to my wp site, because i don’t want to waste time longer, since it took 4 days nothing work out, if there is impossible to use your theme any more i move on other. Because i had tried over 20 times.

Won’t make a different wether you buy the theme again or not, the issue seems to be related to some server configuration. If you could hand me FTP access i’d be able to do a more in-depth research on what’s causing it.

JosueI just generate the pw for you, i have too many domain host in, you just select public html file teh productrecommend.org. this domain still under transfer from hostgator to bluehost but all done, i also try to use the theme with other brand new domain but it not work, so you can:
1) Open FileZilla
2) At the top left of FileZilla, select File > Site Manager
3) Within the site manager, enter in the following: pls see on private…Hello,
This theme now broken? all impact my site stop working, so terrible, the problem is never know the reason, i try to figure it out but i don’t know any time any update or so you never even send out an email to inform, the best thing is never use your theme, because at starting so good then all hurt the site without alert, so what should i do related your theme broken…Hi!
would be best to open a new ticket, as your last post does not have anything to do with this thread title here.
Go ahead and send us a link, so we can see what’s going on. Deactivate all plugins, to see which one is causing the problems. Make sure to use newest theme and WordPress version.
