    Dear Support Team
    I recently completed a page for a customer: https://yoga-in-der-valley.de
    There is a Kotnaktformualar on the page “KONTAKT” and on the page “EVENTS”, which also has a captcha on both occasions.
    Unfortunately, the customer has complained to me that she receives an infinite number of SPAM emails on the Kontaktformular.
    What can I do? Here I send you the access data for the backend, so you can take a look inside.

    Hey Diana,

    Unfortunately that is not basically an issue of our form, but a problem that does come from your server or site, to be attacked from spam-my links.

    There are also plugins that may be used to prevent the spam, or you can use a more robust form such as Gravity Form or CF7.

    Thank you for your response.
    Could you recommend a plugin that prevents SPAM – I have not heard of it yet.
    They also said that there are more robust Fromen like the Gravity Form or CF7. What do you mean by that? What is Gravity Form and what is CF7?

    Hi Diana,

    Could you try selecting use reCaptcha v3 under Enfold->Google Services to see if that makes any difference please?

    I have selected the reCaptcha v3 and got teh keys and inserted in the google services secction.. Ok, but how and where do I install or activate it?? Sorry I am lost on this one..

    Hi sfranks12,

    That should be enough since v3 is invisible, you could try to select to show reCaptcha in the contact form itself to see what happens.

    It was working before adding the reCaptcha? Are you getting any console errors?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    The reCAPTCHA script is creating an error but I’m not exactly sure how. Please try to upgrade the theme to the beta version. It contains improvements for the spam protection feature. Check the private field. Extract the file using any extractor software like WinRAR or WinZip and RAR Extractor Free for Mac.
