Spacing between form submissions email.

Hi there, if you take a look at the attached link, you can see that I’ve got a form set up.

The issue I would like help with is when the form is filled in, the email received is without any line breaks, so it looks very cluttered. Please refer to the below:

What can I do to create line breaks between the form elements so that when I receive an application, there are line breaks between the elements in the email received?
