    As a follow-up to this topic, the same “spacebar doesn’t work anymore” problem is caused by the Duplicate Post plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/copy-delete-posts/. It also kills the Enter button.

    No action required, posted this in case anyone else gets the problem that confused and frustrated me all afternoon after I installed the plugin… :-)
