    There is a space above the header that is pushing page content down that I can’t seem to get rid of. Space above the top bar… Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

    Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

    #advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide {
  display:none; 
}
